The other Joseph Emberton-designed block for the Chapman Development Trust, along with Chapman House. Of the two, Turnour House was the more impressive on completion, with its crisp white walls and metal windows and balconies. Unfortunately, time has (literally) eroded much of this, with the block in serious need of repair and renovation.
